how long does it take to see results?

I just made a new google analytics account, how long will it take me to start seeing results?

I have include google analytic on my site. I think you can see the result within the week, I'm not that sure enough because I haven't noticing it.

Usually it takes 12 to 24 hours, if you include verification code on right place on your site after setting up account in google analytics
