Default How to reduce bounce rate of a website?

My website txtimpact.com has about 60% bounce rate in Google Analytics, it is really frustrating for me. The site is ranked on several keywords and traffic is also but sales report id too low. Is increased bounce rate is the real cause of less sales? I need quick help to reconstruct my home page of website.

Yes, maybe it because of the high bounce rate. There are many reasons why bounce rate of a site is increasing. One possible reason is the content of site. If a site has a poor content, possible readers will look for other websites that are having well informative content. Another reason I think is the loading speed, a slow loading speed will make your visitors disappointed. And we can't deny the fact that some searchers are looking for simple yet attractive web design.

Maybe yes, it can cause less sale of your website when your main page hasn't content or slow loading of your web page. You should optimized your content and page load especially the size of image because most of visitor are preferring to read the content and fast loading page.

Reduce the size of images using image editors like Paint, Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks. Save those images to .gif or .png to save the space of your web hosting and make load faster of your page.

It's possible that you content is not so useful for them that's the visitor leave right away after seeing your landing page.

if people come and go, and don't register, that means you don't have attractive content. Add them, bounce rate will reduce.
