Even so, I am sure that we can still find a way to have others join under us. That is still not a reason to hide the links.

I think we doesn't need to be encrypt or hide our referrals link. If you make a good details contents on how to make money through that program, and asking people to join you and you will provides them helps on the program, i see mostly people won't mind joining under you.

No need to hiding affiliate links. Even though you have hiding the link, you can be hacked very well...

Affiliate links should be visible, at least over visitors know where and "why" they are going to click on it

At last a voice of reason in this thread. You don't need to hide it if you believe in the product/service. You shouldn't hide it because you're being dishonest to your readers. Why associate yourself with something that's rubbish anyway? All you do is damage your own reputation. You might fool them once but you'd have lost a follower that may have bought from your affiliate links a dozen times over if you'd been upfront about it. No one likes to feel the wool's being pulled over their eyes.

I think that showing aff. links is OK, since we're telling people about new aff. program we can also earn from every new registered user. An interested user will anyway register, so why should he bother about using our aff. link?

The good method is to post link on your website or blog, before you show here or anywhere.
