How do you get Affiliate signups?

I am new to affiliate marketing, I want to know how you people are getting signup for affiliate and earn? Please share yoru knowledge with us here. Thanks in advance for any tips

I have started marketing my affiliate site through email campaigns and classified ads. I don't get a lot of conversions but at least 2-5 per day. Plan out a marketing plan and test what's best to get signups.

Go to sell-ad sites like etology.com, adengage.com, etc and buy ads (Google "sell-ad sites"). Then sell-ads on your squeeze pages and blogs advertising your products and for affilites. Most affiliates do not even know these sites exist.
