Affiliate:
An individual, proprietor, partner or company, which agree to add JodoHost Approved Banner link on a site, which is legally owned and operated by them.


Commission:
This is the % of amount paid by a customer towards purchase of hosting service from JodoHost site when link from Affiliate site leads to a purchase. Commission is applicable on first purchase only. If the same customer makes subsequent purchases, no commission will be applicable.

Level 1: 10% of total sale.
Level 2: 20% of total sale.
Level 3: 30% of total sale.


Performance Level:
This is to reward Affiliates to bring more new customers. This level increase when Affiliate site link results in 31st customer and 61 customers in a month. This level resets every month.

Level 1: 30 sales per month.
Level 2: 31 to 60 sales per month.
Level 3: 61 sales and above per month.

A. JodoHost will pay commission to their Affiliates by 15th of every month for a month in which commission earned exceeds $ 10.00 by paypal. If Commission is less than $ 10.00 it accumulate in Affiliate account. Commission can be credited to Affiliate Hosting Account, if Affiliate has one.

B. If a new customer account gets cancelled due to 30 days money back or for fraud etc., commission will not be paid. Commission will be re calculated based on revised Performance Level on account of this cancellation if any.

C. JodoHost at its own discretion can accept, reject or terminate any Affiliate. Upon termination, JodoHost will clear commission in Affiliate account within 15 days of termination.

D. Initial Deposit of $ 2.00 will only be paid if the total commission earned exceeds $ 10.00. No payment will be made in the event account is closed and commission never exceeded $ 10.00.
