I agree with securityworks. A mixture of experience + aggressiveness could bring in good results. It's called "balance".Originally posted by securitywonks@Sep 26 2004, 02:20 AM

There are two real factors I'd consider when looking into this topic: maturity and experience. If a 13-year-old has the capabilities of running a business, so be it. Age isn't a factor.
Experience -- only time will really tell how well you conduct your business. Time will also teach you a lot of things, and your experiences, provided you learn from them, teach you how to run a better business.
I started my business when I was 16. I've learned so much since then, but I'm still a young entrepreneur with SO MUCH MORE to experience.
Regardless of age, there are people out there who will run great businesses, and those who will fail. Age is just a number.

My only concern is (as a mom) I think the kids should be concentrating on school and not getting into business. When they complete school, then power to them to get into their own business.
My sole concern is that I believe that kids should focus on school and not on business. When they finish school they will be able to manage business excellently.
It actually depends on the prosperity of your company.

I came to know that some “under 18” is managing a website for some people. And after that it uses the extra storage on the website as a File server. What is your opinion about that?
Why, I've heard of sum "Under 18" managing a website for sum ppl. And then using the extra storage on the website as a File server..now how do u like that?...especially it works under owners of no knowledge
