Paid per upload

I have heard lot about PTC,PPC and all that stuff,but i found that thinhs very boring,so i was wondering is there any site who pays only to upload ?
(not like rs/hf/fc or something only paid to upload)

Well, if you got a bunch of videos setting on your local hard drive waiting for you to upload, you can get some information on paid to update videos online and earn from your videos.

I agree with knaser, To get lets say $4, you'd have to get thousands of uploads which isnt really worth it in the long run.

This seem a fairly good concept. The website get quality content (videos, etc) and then the uploader gets paid. But for the website, this would mean time spent in sorting out which is worth paying. For the uploader, he or she may not get paid or worse the video idea might get copied.
