Some vouchers are applicable to older accounts, it's just about finding the right ones. You can read all about Google vouchers in one of my more recent posts, it should clear up every question about the subject.

I have few vouchers but its for the new account only. Is there any place where i will get adwords voucher which works with old accounts too?

i think that its an ill legal work that if you are rejected then again trying to sell it by other way...
and why you want to sell them...?
are they offering a nice amount...?
