i dont think is there any web offer free voucher with out buy any thing from them

You will get many sellers on various forum but take care on dp , dont pay first without voucher , you will be scammed too.

I think if you google it, you may find some voucher. You can also try to post is some webmaster forum where people posting voucher to it like digitalpoint forum.

Adwords is extremely expensive. I used them once with no effect.The rest of the advertising businesses are cheaper.
