BOTH actually ... there are FREE LISTINGS, DELUXE LISTINGS ($3) or VIP MEMBERSHIP. With any listing, there is the option to pay extra if you wish for upgrades like "Bold", "Highlighted"[color=#FF0000], etc.

ALL ADS (Free INCLUDED) allow you to list your referral link, all the details, allows parties to contact you, and allows members to write reviews on you, as a sponsor. ALL REGISTERED MEMBERS also have a link that says "Show all offers by this sponsor", etc.

Currently, the FREE LISTING lasts for (30) days. However, if you wish to upgrade it by making your offer "stand out" - you can add "Bold" or "Highlighted", or even "Featured on the HomePage" for a small fee.

The FREE LISTING is effective and we're happy to get them

If you want to add a banner or graphic, you can get the Deluxe Listing, which also lasts for (30) days, but includes an IMAGE upload, and also .... the "bold", "highlighted" or "featured on homepage" upgrades are way cheaper.

Finally -
VIP Membership ($10/month) gives you (5) DELUXE LISTINGS plus (2) free bold upgrades and (2) free highlighted upgrades .. and finally, your own "Store/Profile" page where you can actually create your own text, add your own info, and it dynamically displays all your offers and ratings.
