Will Adsense be used again after get banned ?

but the registered name i think cannot be used again. i've read some of the banned adsense publishers has to use another name. so if you're banned lately and want to earn thru adsense once again then you have to use another name, say your wife's name for example.

i confirm it from my friend, he banned from google adsense last year, after some time i start new website and then again apply to adsense, and adsense approve his account,

i just watch his website, he is currently using adsense,

well you can use adsense again but for this purpose you need to do
Just format your computer
use new internet connection
new name, address and new web

Yes, you may. Provided if you have a different IP address and name. You dont need to have different address because anyone in your household can apply for adsense. A different IP address saves you from being found out by Google that you are banned previously. A different name is needed for payment purpose and it should not be your name again because this is obvious to Google that you are black-listed before. They keep records of black-listed individuals.

Most likely, no. Once an account is banned it's banned for good. It takes a lot for them to reverse it.
