If they think its against their policy or interest of advertisers are at risk they can ban your account

My guess is that you were probably getting a higher rate of clicks than normal and they thought that you were just telling all of your buddies to go to your website and click on advertisements.

i am not sure, i see think kind of emails in some forums, many person asking questions related this, one of my friend got banned for the same reason, he is using google adsnese from last 4/5 years its long period, he is confused why his websites are not good for adword advertiser

Possible that you got lots of click fraud. Or can you share your blog link to us?

You must not ask someone to click for you with the same IP address too often. Google do not have to know whether you indeed asked someone to click for you or not. This is easily trackable by them because once they discovered anyone who keeps clicking on your google ads everyday with the same continuous IP address, they will be more than happy to ban you. It is just that simple.
