since i didn't report an accidental click I've made. and i received a message same as the one sent to you.

There are lot of issues customers are having with the Google like now a days they won't provide the ad sense account so easily and they wont give the reason they have denied the request in your case at least they have given you the warning but instead of that they could have given exact solution so that one can retain the account .

mmm you clicked your own ads? I have seen this issue with a guy trying to cheat the system by clicking his ads from different wi-fi hotspots.
But google was smarter and was banned :-)

In most of the cases they wont give you account back but you can contact their support team, Otherwise you can register with your any other family members name

You won't get ban if you only click once on your ads. I also accidentally clicked my ads and got no warning from google.
