Google adsense accept this web?

i am planing to apply for google adsense my web site is SEO Tools i want to know google will accept this web? i mean there are already some adds active

why not. i don't think it violates in google's tos.
it had changed alot since the last time i've seen it.
but then you might recieve minimal amount of click coz ..
well, webmasters don't usually click ads of the sites.

Adsense only do not approves those website that have their competitor ads showed. For example those bidvertiser and adbrite textlink ads existed before adsense.
