Yeah just open www.blogspot.com

then start your blog

and apply for google adsense

Remember when you create your adsense account you must have 6 months old site,it will take about one week to get approved so be patient.

as i know, not so easy to apply google adsense...
minimum u must have blog/site with 6 month old...

You can make blogspot blogs which is free and then you can apply for the google adsense.
