Google AdSense is still active. Just sign up for an account, create a new ad, copy the code from AdSense and paste it onto your site.

Before signing up for an adsens account, just make sure that you have a site/blog that has good and useful content.

Adsense provides advertisements to blogs and sites.
You can also monetize your site using adsense.
Just make a good site and signup from google.com/adsense

It's tough these days to get a new google adsense account. They have too many rules you need to follow before you can apply for an adsense account and there's no guarantee you will get the account for sure. It all depends on the google person reviewing your website.

don't think for account adsense first,.. create a website or blog, write good content, update for long 3 month or more and the apply to adsense,... hope that works, and its work for me

Yes Google is providing ad-sense for blogs and sites.

First of all for placing the ad-sense on your blog you have to create the ad-sense ID.

Just simply go to the "Template" in the setting of your blog, select the AdSense button from there and set up the ad-sense for your blog. You have to sign up for the adsense account and then select the size and width the Ad you want to display on your blog.

Go through this article and I think you will be able to set up the adsense for your blog:- google.com/support/blogger/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=42281

Read it and it will be helpful to you.
