Well, in my view you're free to use Adsense service as you're not voilating the service in any way.

I think you can include both the adsense and infolinks. CUz Adsense is displaying the contextual ads whereas infolinks is displaying inline text ads and google is only against the ads similarity in contextual ads like bidvertiser and others.
In short there will be no problem using both of them together.

I dunno if infolinks same like kontera..but as i knew, Adsense can not join with other publisher ads. But for make sure, you can check again the ToS.
