Put Adsense Code in Flixya

I want to know If I submit my adsense code in flixya. Is it allowed by google adsense TOS ? As we know that there are lots of people sumbit the adsense code in flixya.

I think it is not allowed by Adsense Terms of Services. In the rules of google adsense a website only for 1 user (publisher).

What is flixya ? I search in google this website like Youtube, video sharing and community. Where the user can submit google adsense code ?
