In malaysia, there is no fee for this method. But I am not sure about it because I never use this method. This method of payment not available in Indonesia. you just fill identity of you and your unique MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) which you can find by clicking on the 'details' link next to the Payment Issued line on your Payment History page. I Get this information from my friend in malaysia.

No credit card, paypal account, and e-gold account you just go to Western Union then fill identity of you and your unique MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). Google Adsense will give you MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) in your google adsense account.

most asia's country most of these country are also accepted by paypal i don't know why ?
but doesn't that seems strange why do google and paypal accept only some how should other INT get thier money fast
