Adsense Help!!!

I tried Bidvertiser last week..I meant I signed-up and it still on hold. I don't know what to do next since I am a newbie to ADS. I was creating a campaign or ads but after I created one, it says I have to pay them via Paypal or Credit Card for the campaign before I can use my customize ads. Do I really have to pay something since I am the one in need of dough.

Back to Adsense...

I contacted Adsense Team today and, of course, no response from them yet.

Plus I find myself wondering, since I'm not a US Citizen myself, is it so easy to duplicate one's identity just by having his/her social security number? I highly doubt it!

I know cloning someone's identity would be really hard. It takes a lot of process, but I really don't want taking the risk providing to Google my SSN unless they they somewhat connected to the Federal Government (I am not talking about IRS). But even though if they were, I am still having second thoughts. I am actually deciding whether I have to cancel my account until I get further response from Adsense Team. If they approve my request, then maybe I will go for it.

Probably but I wouldn't mess with any of those except the three mentioned.
