    Default Adsense for Search

    Hello guys,

Do you guys use Adsense for Search on your websites? Yesterday, I started to place AFS on my blog, and I generated 1 click that pays $0.15. I might just be lucky.

Do you think that it will be helpful, or it will be annoying? I've seen many pro blogger using it to maximize their earnings on Adsense.

By the way, there is a feature to allow you to show the search results on your website. It's quite cool, as visitors won't have to leave your site after searching.

    Regards,

I made 1.25 for a click once If placed properly, it shouldnt be annoying at all. I get lots of visitors who use it. I dont like the feature you mentioned though. I dont think you'll be able to customize the fonts used and/or size of the results either. I am not sure about this but I didnt bother trying also because I know you cant customize the fonts of the ads shown...

well, its a nice per for a single click but i think u were just lucky. unless u have a big site and the search option is somewhere above and actually "pushes" the lazy visitor to search right away instead of browsing, they wont use it.

i always had the AFS on both websites, and during the passed YEAR, i had earnt 7$ from it... cant even compare it to a daily revenue sometimes but even this is better than nothing, i mean its not annoying for visitors just keep it in a visible place and good luck

I placed it under my header banner, without the "Google" logo on. Guess it won't be annoying at all, as it's just a little thin line being used.

I must just be lucky for that $0.15 click, not all search terms do generate ads. About the fonts, I don't think you can change it. You might be able to change it, but Adsense's TOS stated that you may not modify their codes in any way.

watever the case, i guess i will definitely give it a try..and then post my results here.. once i manage to make a dollar atleast! *hehe*
